Configure GoDaddy
If you bought your domain name through GoDaddy, you can still add it to Release.
In Release, add your domain
To add your domain to Release, follow the steps to create a domain. Take note of the nameservers displayed by Release, as you'll use these in the next steps.
Configuring DNS in GoDaddy
Log into your GoDaddy control panel at godaddy.com
Navigate to My Products and then select DNS on the domain that you want to use.
Scroll down to the "Nameservers" section and press Change.
Click the "Enter my own nameservers (advanced)" link.
Add all the nameservers that you see in your Release control panel after adding the domain there. You'll need to press "Add Nameserver" link to create additional fields.
Confirm that you want to move your Nameserver management away from GoDaddy.
